Account Creation

Yes, you need to create an account to place an order on our site. By creating an account you will be able to track the status of your order, benefit from exclusive offers and have your requests and queries dealt with more quickly by our customer service department.
To create an account, click on “Register” in the top right-hand corner of the home page. You will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address and a password. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail to activate your account.
You can change your account information by logging into your account and accessing the “My Information” section. Here you can update your name, e-mail address, delivery address and communication preferences.
If you forget your password, click on “Forgot password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will assist you in deleting your account and all associated personal information. Please note that if you delete your account, you will lose access to your order history and account information.
The best way to check whether your order has been validated is to consult the “My orders” section in your customer area and check whether you have received a confirmation e-mail. If you see your order with the status “Validated” or if you have received a confirmation e-mail, this means that your order has been validated. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service department for assistance.

Delivery times depend on the delivery method chosen and the organizer. Tickets are generally dispatched five working days before the start of the event. We will keep you informed by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.
You can receive your event tickets in a number of ways, depending on the options offered by the event organizer. Options may include sending dematerialized tickets by e-mail, collecting physical tickets from a point of sale or directly from the organizer, or sending tickets by post.
If you do not receive your tickets one week before the event, please contact us as soon as possible.
